Answer B
Migration of the Ozurdex implant into the anterior chamber
This is an unusual complication. Ozurdex implants can migrate into the anterior chamber in eyes with loose zonules or a large peripheral iridotomy, and can cause corneal decompensation. Treatment is urgent removal of the implant.
In this patient, the cornea improved over three months. He now receives intravitreal Triesence (triamcinolone) to treat his postoperative macular oedema.
